I hate avocado. There are simply no good green fruit

Pepper though technically a fruit is considered a vegetable

Olives are not sweet- so not fruit

Apples are yellow on the inside – so really not green

And there is the avocado- which I don’t like- some people do-

There are lots of avocados in Israel but not guacamole (not good I mean)- so all I had to do is bring a Jar of guacamole home. Not a complicated task.

So I scouted a quality market for some quality guacamole and found it – and planned to get it the day before I flown home- this week was busy , I got some other stuff , but forgot the guacamole- I remembered about it in the air port in new York.  A taco place had it. I spoke to miss taco –who said no problem- I will give it to you with ice and it should last (she remembered somebody taking it to India)- I said I would come before the flight, so it would be fresh. Still had 2 hours to kill. I came back an hour later, and asked if I can get it and put it in their fridge- she said know- return before the flight. So I did, and miss taco bell (this was not taco bell, and she wasn’t bell ) said- oh we were out of guacamole---why didn’t you tell me that 20 minutes ago?- I checked the other restaurant, but all for not.

Green with saucy anger I went to the inner secured terminal- where I passed through security again, and on my way to the plane- on the shoulder- they had , “random” searches – and I was picked up- stripped search again.

Given recent non solid food related confiscation tales- one on these searches would have recognized the green goo as another non solid food item and may have taken it away- so miss taco may have been kind after all..

 

Before I watched who shot Mr burns parts 1 and 2 on the plane- I saw the sisterhood of travelling pants 2. Which is a chick flick , but I have no problem with those- ok flight movie- this movie is rated R as Racer, you are not allowed to watch this movie- it contain images that will haunt your dreams and distract you. So don’t watch it- until I we book some flight to …this place….

Where is the movie integrity. One girl is a stage aid, another works in a video store, another arts student, and an archeology student- and yet they can all afford to fly back and forth from the US to …this place…. Come on- it’s not right. I don’t even mind the “hidden” fedex commercials- [ a service that insures your items arrive on time any place , securely ], but some integrity. The title says the pants are traveling- it’s not the sisterhood of the traveling travelers. But still ok movie.

Have you ever seen the commercial for American express – don’t leave home without it- give me a break- it should say- not accepted in more places, or if you leave home with it, you will get stuck. The problem is that that is my good card- my other one- is worn out  - I need new plastic and stat.
